This release includes support for direct buyers with no programmatic activity and an update to GMP output parameters.

Buying Method modeling update

Some direct buys preempt programmatic auctions. For cases where publishers don't call any programmatic partners, ad selection emissions and supply depth are 0. This is configured at the property-level (i.e. inventory ID).

Note, not all direct buying preempts programmatic, so for the majority of inventory sources, direct and programmatic buying methods will have the same ad selection emissions.

We strongly recommend passing buyingMethod as an input parameter to improve the accuracy of our outputs.

[For GMP sellers only]GMP Eligible is now Climate Risk

gmpEligible is now climateRisk ; this field will eventually be deprecated but this will keep it backward-compatible. Note, this is parameter is only available for GMP sellers.

Impressions are marked as climate risk if inventory either has extremely high gCO₂e when compared to geo and channel benchmarks, or has been flagged as proliferating practices that contribute to high emissions.

For additional context, climateRisk = false is the equivalent of gmpEligible = true.
